Transfer Waiting Periods
The 72-hour waiting period starts when you render payment to us for the service. Not when you purchase the firearm online. We only accept transfers from Federal Firearm Licenses (FFLs).
Non-Refundable items/services:
- Gift cards
- Transfers (Both online, person-to-person, incomplete, ETC.)
- Training (You may reschedule the class for 50.00 if slots are available)
- Ammo
- Firearms
Drugs and Alcohol
Being on premises smelling like weed or booze isn’t tolerated, this isn’t Burger King and you are not here for fries so act like it.
Refunds
If the wrong item is shipped to you, we will provide a full refund. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned to us within seven days of its delivery to you or your FFL. If there is a problem with the firearm, you must contact us prior to leaving the FFL. Once a firearm leaves the FFL, it is non-refundable. However, your business is important to us and we want to make it right. We will guide you through the return process of the manufacturer of the firearm to ensure your satisfaction. Lights, optics, and other weapon mountable accessories and in-store electronics have manufacturer warranties and are not refundable. We will help guide you in dealing with the manufacturer of the malfunctioning item. Ammo is non-refundable once purchased. All refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. The item(s) must be in original condition (unused) with any included accessories at the point of sale.
